Customer Dealing with ROLA QUICKFIX Directly Processes

Customer do not need to register on the website to deal with us directly.

Send us your faulty appliance by upload it on our website.

Customer pay a commitment fee of 500 Naira for us to process the request.

Website will generate a Tracking ID for the Customer to track the progress of his/her device on our Website.

ROLA QUICKFIX Staff will contact the Customer for the repair of the appliance uploaded.

ROLA QUICKFIX Technical Staff will give charge to the Customer after checking the appliance uploaded.

Customer pay the charge to ROLA QUICKFIX Account either through Online Payment, Upload Bank Deposit Teller, Upload Bank Transfer Receipt on the Tracking page of the Website or Company POS at our Office.

ROLA QUICKFIX Technical Staff will fix Customer appliance within 24hrs after payment confirmation.

Customer will collect his/her appliance from ROLA QUICKFIX Store Staff upon completion of the job.

ROLA QUICKFIX Staff Get Feedback from Customer satisfaction.

Customer Dealing with ARTISAN Directly on our WEBSITE Platform Processes

Customer and Artisan need to register on our WEBSITE Platform.

Customer and Artisan need to read our Terms and Conditions in dealing with Artisan on our WEBSITE Platform.

Customer can search for an Artisan on their Customer Admin Dashboard base on Job Role and State after login on the WEBSITE Platform. Customer should work with Approved Artisan and check the Rating of the Artisan.

Customer can send a request to the ARTISAN he/she want base on the Job Role and State.

The ARTISAN will contact the Customer to inspect the appliance carefully and give charge for repair.

Customer should check their charge on their Customer Admin Dashboard to pay to ROLA QUICKFIX Account either through Online Payment, Upload Bank Deposit Teller, Upload Bank Transfer Receipt on their Admin Dashboard after login. Customer should not pay directly to the ARTISAN.

ROLA QUICKFIX after confirmation of the payment will notify the ARTISAN to come and fix Customer appliance within 24hrs of confirmation.

Customer will inform the ROLA QUICKFIX of the completion of his/her Job by the ARTISAN on their Admin Dashboard.

ROLA QUICKFIX will pay the ARTISAN within an hour of the feedback from the Customer for the Job well done.
