We only allow your appliances to be kept in our office for 7 days after completion of the appliances by our technical department. After the 7 days grace period. The Customer will be charge 200 naira per day. The customer have to paid the demurrage charge before he/she will be allow to collect it.
YES, you can do business with ROLA QUICKFIX directly. Doing business with the company is more reliable and fast. We only operate in Lagos State for now. You can only do business with us if you reside in Lagos State for now.

NO, Upon acceptance, Customer deposit the negotiated fee with ROLA QUICKFIX to enable proper service delivery. Where a client decides to pay directly to Handyman, the Client does so at his own peril.

YES, you can get refund.
Disapproval of payment by Client is an application to ROLA QUICKFIX to refund money earlier paid for a service. This does not automatically result in immediate refund as parties agree that ROLA QUICKFIX shall independently review the Client’s application vis a vis the defence and Counterclaim of the Handyman and the parties agree that decision of ROLA QUICKFIX on the disapproval application and counter-claim shall be final without any form of contestation from either the Handyman or Client as the case may be.
The Client agrees that reversal of professional fee deposited with ROLA QUICKFIX after favourable decision on the payment disapproval shall be less 1.5% of the transaction fee but not more than N5,000.00 (Five Thousand Naira) Only.

The scoring value for an Artisan range from 1-5 :
Very Satisfied = 5
Satisfied = 4
Neutral = 3
Dissatisfied = 2
Very Dissatisfied = 1
NOTE: 1-(Lowest Rating) and 5-(Highest Rating)
The step are :
(i) Go to bank and pay to our company account number.

(ii) You can bring the Bank Teller to our office or scan the Bank Teller and upload on our website.
(iii) ROLA QUICKFIX will go through your Bank Teller and Approve it.
(iv) You have to check your tracking page to know if your payment have been approve or not.
(v) If your Tracking Page show payment that means your payment have been approve

(i) Transfer the payment to the company account number and generate receipt.

(ii) You can bring the Transfer Receipt to our office or upload the Transfer Receipt on our website.
(iii) ROLA QUICKFIX will go through your Bank Transfer Receipt and Approve it.
(iv) You have to check your tracking page to know if your payment have been approve or not.
(v) If your Tracking Page show payment that means your payment have been approve
The step are :
(i) You have to come to our company office to use our POS Machine for payment.
(ii) You have to check your tracking page to know if your payment have been approve or not.
(iii) If your Tracking Page show payment that means your payment have been approve
ON-SITE REPAIR is when the customer want us to come and repair his/her appliances in his/her house.
OFF-SITE REPAIR is when the customer will bring his/her appliances to our office.
PICK-UP REPAIR is when the customer want us to come to his/her house to collect the appliances and return it after we have repair the appliances for him/her.
